Treehouse Project

This project was awarded a LEED Gold certification through the US Green Building Council (USGBC). Andrews and Anderson Architects, P.C. remodeled a 1950’s era motor lodge to create their new architectural office in the heart of downtown Golden. Jim was both the General Contractor and Construction Manager for the project. Jim negotiated contracts, coordinated LEED requirements and materials, and facilitated construction-related activities. Both Jim and Karen are LEED Accredited Professionals through the USGBC.
