This upscale 90-unit residential development is in the historic Baker District in Denver. Special consideration was given to the exterior design of the building to ensure its compatibility with this historic neighborhood. The airy, open floor plans of the residential units are contemporary in the way of a modern London flat. Jim’s role as design consultant and draftsman gave him invaluable experience in the design of large scale residential buildings.
