This project, located on the western edge of the Town of Crested Butte, strikes a balance between the natural and urban landscape. An efficient and compact four-bedroom single family home, this residence was awarded the Project of the Year from the Board of Zoning and Architectural Review (BOZAR). Jim, with his brothers John and Paul, designed and built the house from the ground up. They performed all construction related activities including plumbing and electrical services.
