Located on the eastern edge of the Town of Crested Butte and adjacent to Rainbow Park, this home is designed to integrate sustainable building practices with historic mining town design guidelines. In particular, the owners wanted to utilize both active solar thermal and photovoltaic systems. Reclaimed timbers and low VOC casework were installed throughout the home.
