Formerly occupied by offices, this building in a prime downtown Crested Butte location is being renovated as a lodge with three unique suites, one of which is ADA compliant. An addition on the south end will provide a comfortable gathering space for guests, available also to the community. Working closely with Town, the building will get a complete energy update, including photovoltaic solar panels and building envelope insulation upgrades.
With updated exterior materials and a new west facing deck, this building will now graciously receive guests for many years to come.
