Two blocks east of historic downtown Elk Ave., the exterior of this house features an attractive mix of painted and natural wood elements anchored by a brick chimney, reflecting Crested Butte’s distinct Victorian mountain character. On the interior, an open kitchen and dining room flow easily into an intimate living room, the focal point of which is a state-of-the-art, EPA approved wood burning fireplace. In a home where every square foot counts, the first level was dropped two steps to allow for five bedrooms and a media room/office on the third level.
